How many times per day will you clear my property?
We will typically only come once in a 24 hour period, however in cases where there is heavy snowfall throughout the day, after we have visited (additional 5 cm or more), we may come a second time.
What time will you start?
We send out our crew around 6:00am following a period of snowfall, we aim to have our entire route completed by 10:30 each day, the exact time we arrive will vary by location in the city and weather conditions.
How do you take payment?
We take payment on the 1st day of each month. We accept e-Transfer or credit card payments. If you wish to make other arrangements please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
How can I save on snow removal services?
You can pay upfront for the whole season and receive a 10% discount compared to paying month to month
What if there is no snow all month?
In the event we visit the property 3 times or less within one month, you are entitled to a 50% rebate in the form of a credit. This can be applied to future payments or other services.
